Return Policy
-Items can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY (no refunds) within 14 days of delivery for the amount paid. Please email support@leleb.boutique for return address. A store credit code will be emailed 5-7 days after receiving the goods. Items will not be accepted after the 14 day window, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs. We will hold non-returnable merchandise for 14 days. After 14 days, items will be donated to charity.
-If another item is purchase before store credit is issued, we are unable to fix this and apply the credit after the fact.
-Will NOT accept items that smell of smoke, stains, appeared to be worn or washed, has animal hair, or damaged by you. Must be in original condition.
-If a defective item is received, it is imperative to contact support@leleb.boutique within 3 days of delivery.
-Due to limited quantities, we are unable to offer exchanges.
-All sale items and Daily Deals are FINAL Sale
-All sales are final on earrings, undergarments, hair accessories, socks, leggings, and eyewear. This is for hygienic reasons, no exceptions
Shipping
-The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A shipping method with a tracking number is strongly recommended
-At this time, we're only offering shipping within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii
-Lele B's Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged products in the mail. Contact the postal service
-Please provide a physical mailing address, no P.O. Boxes
-Shipping times may vary
-Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail
